Oct 13th Finale!
Thanks to everyone that came out to ride the train and bike on October 13th! Even though we had some confusion with the bikes, it all came together in the end and we had a great ride and picnic. Looking forward to doing it all over again next year!

Sept 23 pictures - Canal Fulton Ride!!
We had 14 bikers for our first ride outside of Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The Canal Fulton towpath is definitely one of the most scenic sections of the trail and passes a fully restored lock and canal boat. The ice cream at Oser's downtown was spectacular! Enjoy the pictures!!

Sept 8th Pictures!
Sorry for the delay on these... We started the ride with perfect weather, and 18 bikers ready to have some fun! Christina joined us for the picnic for a total of 19. We did the old tried-and-true route from Botzam to Deep Lock Quarry, and made a quick stop at Szalays. Lots of fresh sweet corn, vegetables, and fruit.. the watermelon looked too good to pass up, so we bought a piece for the picnic later. At the end of the ride, it was starting to look like rain so we set up for the picnic at one of the covered shelters in Sand Run. It's a good thing, too, because we sure got a downpour! The kids loved it and spent the rest of the day playing in the creek. As always, the adults enjoyed a great time of food and fellowship! After the picnic, a few of us headed over to Rita's in Cuyahoga Falls to enjoy their most excellent Italian ice and other frozen treats! Enjoy the pictures!!

WOW! 23 people having fun on July 29th!!
That's a new Real Life Biking Club record. Count them!! Two Dave's, two Jeremy's, six kids that really know how to have fun, Hannah, Hope, Ryan, Jacob, Andrew and Alex. Six new adult faces, Sara, Kristy, Art, Patty, Diane, and Tracey. Then you add in the regulars, Anita, Barb, Brenda, Emily, Bobby, Jeff and myself! That eqauls 23....YIPPEEE!! What can I say, other than we had a great time with one another! We all took off on the trails and biked through the rain up to the half way point! What an adventure that was. As we were getting drenched, Hope told me that this was the best bike ride she had ever been on.....(smiling Mom)! Some continued on the trail while others went to Szalays Market with the kids. We had corn, slushies, icecream, fruit tasting, dog petting, swing singing, puddle splashin fun! We all headed back to the cars and met up at the picnic area with everyone. Between getting lost, bicycle flat tires, good samaritans staying back, getting drenched, mudd madness, legs cramping, ice cream in the hair, swing jumping, Hope saying I think I can I think I can to finish the ride, car following, fancy parking, foxtail, arobie, football, little ones getting tackled, everyone sharing yummy food, Dave cooking, all of us eating! This was a day to remember!!
